Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return:

Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification are not eligible for return

After review, we’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, VELECTREC will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, email us within 7 days at [email protected] with your order number and supporting photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
